What will you do with your NAPS?

I love NAPS...don't you?? I think that NAPS should be brought back.... daily!  But seriously, why is The Elderberry Cabin handing out NAPS for free? Did you get your free NAPS yet?? If not stop by and see us at any of our events, be sure to tag us where your NAPS end up!  So, what does NAPS mean to TEC? N = Natural, A = Ancient, P = Products and S = Services. I'd like to think there is a movement where we are all taking a pause and looking back into history on what our ancestors used to eat, how they used to live and thrive. I think we can learn a lot from natural ancient products, remedies and lifestyle choices that might just be beneficial for us now in this fast pace, overstimulated lifestyle. I love what I do, serving my family, my community and supporting each other.  TEC also thought it would be a nice reminder to maybe just even take a NAP, rest and recover.
