My name is Tracey. I am a daughter, sister, mother and an entrepreneur on a mission to help and give back to my community. To help find a healthier way to thrive and enjoy life! In October 2018 I was diagnosed with Stage 2 HER-2 Positive breast cancer. One of the most important things I have learned from this journey is how important your immune system is, how delicate our lives are and that my community was there when I needed them. I have been using Elderberry Syrup with my family for over a decade and especially during my battle with cancer not only because it tastes great but because of its healing qualities. Please note, I found my balance of modern medicine, holistic practices and supplements along my way, and I am not making any medical curing claims. Everything on this site is from my personal use and experience.
In January 2020 I became a breast cancer mentor through Carroll Hospital Center for Breast Health. I'm a straight forward open book, so if you have questions or are looking for advice that I learned during my cancer experience, I'm not a medical professional, although I have worked beside them for over 20 years, but please feel free to reach out to me. I'd be willing to help you in anyway I can.
Fun fact, I named my business The Elderberry Cabin because we live in a log cabin that our family designed and built in a beautiful little town in Carroll County called Keymar, MD. I took the picture to the right which is the view from the driveway down the road across the rolling hills. The wagon wheel belonged to my Pop Pop, we use to help care for a local farm where I learned to bale hay, tend to the garden and how to quickly jump off of a sled before falling into the creek, lol.
